Description
Use the Sample Collection Table page to specialize the sample collection information for a host.
Access
AdminCenter > Order Choice Setup > Order Choices > Host Codes for this Order Choice > Select the Default or lab-specific link in the Collection column
You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Sample Collection Table page.

Adding or Editing Sample Collection Information
| Default collection | Select the checkbox to accept the default collection information. Clear the checkbox to enable Add. |

| Add | Select to create sample collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Sample Collection topic. Once you select the collection information, you return to the Sample Collection Table page with the new information added. This information includes the following: tube/container type, sample type, storage temperature, container count, collection interval, and (yes/no) combinable. |
| Tube/Container | Displays the type of tube/container for the sample. Select the link to edit the collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Sample Collection topic. |
| Sample | Displays the sample type. Select the link to edit the collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Sample Collection topic. |
| Storage | Displays the storage temperature for the sample. Select the link to edit the collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Sample Collection topic. |
| Delete | Select the X in the Delete column that corresponds to the collection set you'd like to remove from the list. |
| Alternate Collection Information Set Name | Enter text into the field to name the alternate collection information set. This field is required. |
| Save | Select to record changes and return to the Order Choices details page. |
| Cancel | Select to return to the Order Choices details page without saving any changes. See the Order Choices topic. |
