IT is looking into an issue where you must be signed in to the VPN in order to edit pages on the Employee Center.
You can view pages without being signed in, but if you want to edit, you must sign in to the VPN first. View the Sophos XG VPN page, and follow the steps IT put together to set up the new VPN with the authenticator. If you need assistance, please contact IT. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Contact your lab manager or Orchard system administrator to request an account. One or both of them are likely set up as ORC Account Administrators for your site.
Help for ORC Account Administrators
If you are a lab manager or Orchard system administrator, you now have the tools to manage ORC access for the members of your facility. If you haven't received an email with your user name and password, please visit the Orchard Resource Central sign in page and use the Forgot Password tool to get a new password sent to you.
