Use the Edit Entity IDs pop-up to edit entity IDs.

Edit Entity IDs

HL7 2.5.1 Entity ID Type

Select an option from this drop-down list to specify the entity ID type for the encounter: Encounter assigning authority or Encounter assigning facility.

Universal IDEnter an ID.
Universal ID Type

Enter an ID type.

Namespace IDEnter the name of the ID.
Save

Select this button to save the changes made on the pop-up.

Search Existing Entity IDsSelect this button to open the Select Existing Entity ID pop-up to search for ID information.
  • Select inside the Universal ID, Universal ID Type, and Namespace ID search-as-you-type fields to search and select information for the fields.
  • Select Cancel to return to the Edit Entity IDs pop-up.
Clear Entity IDSelect this button to clear all fields, removing the entered information.
Cancel

Select this button to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
