Description
Use the Storage Temperatures page to view, add, or edit storage temperatures that are used to define order choice collection information in the Order Choices page, as well as define the temperature of freezers in the Freezers page. See the Order Choices or Freezers topics. If your facility is using the Freezer Storage module, verify that there is a record for each storage temperature needed for samples you may store (e.g., Frozen -70°C).
Access
AdminCenter > Order Choice Setup > Storage Temperatures
You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Storage Temperatures page.

Viewing the Storage Temperatures List
The Storage Temperatures list page contains a list of up to 10 temperatures. If the list is longer than one page, use the page links located below the list of temperatures to navigate through the list.
| Show active only | Select the checkbox to view only active storage temperatures. Set the active/inactive status in the Storage Temperature Details section of the Storage Temperatures details page. See "Adding and Editing Storage Temperatures" below. |

| Name | Enter text into the field to search for a specific storage temperature or to narrow the list. |
| Add | Select to add a new storage temperature. The Storage Temperatures details page will appear, opening a blank record to create a new storage temperature. See "Adding and Editing Storage Temperatures" below. |
| Refresh | Select to refresh search results in the table list. |
| Show __ entries | To modify the number of items on the page, adjust the value of the field. The system defaults to 10 per page and displays the total number of items based on your search. |
| Name | Select the name of the storage temperature in order to view and/or edit its details on the Storage Temperatures details page. See "Adding and Editing Storage Temperatures" below. |
Adding and Editing Storage Temperatures
On the Storage Temperatures list page, select the Add button or select the name of the storage temperature to open the Storage Temperatures details page, where you can view and edit or add storage temperatures.
| Storage Temperature | Enter the full name of the storage temperature in the field. This field is required. To edit the record, highlight or delete text already displayed, then modify as desired. |

| Active | Select the checkbox to enable users to select the storage temperature while creating order choices. Clear this checkbox to restrict users from selecting the storage temperature. If the storage temperature is inactive, the system clears it from the Storage Temperatures list page when you select the Show active only checkbox. See "Viewing the Storage Temperatures List" above. |
| Save | Select to record changes and return to the Storage Temperatures list page. |
| < Back to List | Select to return to the Storage Temperatures list page without saving any changes. |
