Page Description

The Interfaces page displays a host table that provides information such as active/inactive host interfaces and the number of messages that are received, pending, unmatched, and delivered. It also displays a table that displays message statuses for non-HL7 interfaces (email, fax, RAPS, and direct printing). Use this page as a diagnostic tool to monitor inbound and outbound message flow.

Accessing this Page

  • Select the Administration menu button, select the Monitor button, and then select the Interfaces submenu link. You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Administration menu button. When you select the Administration menu button, the system opens the main Administration menu, which contains administrative menu buttons, including the Monitor menu. To return to the main menu for the system, select the Tasks menu button.
