Region | Enter or edit one or more characters or select the Search icon button to select a region from the drop-down list. Regions are geographical areas that you define and then assign to route groups here, so that you can group courier routes to make them as efficient as possible. |

Repeat | Select an option from the drop-down list to specify a schedule when managing large numbers of courier routes. - Does not repeat: Select the option to specify that the route does not repeat.
- Daily: Select the option to specify that the route is a daily route.
- Every ___ days: Enter a value in the fields to specify the value. The default value is 1.
- Continuous: Select to specify that the route has no end date.
- End after occurrences: Select to specify that the route ends after a certain numbers of occurrences.
- End by date: Select to specify that the route ends of a specific date. Enter date values in the available fields in the format MM/DD/YYYY, or select Now to enter the current date. Select Clear to clear the fields without specifying a date.
- Weekly: Select the option to specify that the route happens weekly.
- Every ___ weeks: Enter a value in the fields to specify the value. The default value is 1.
- Su, M, Tu, W, Th, F, Sa: Select the checkboxes for the days of the week the schedule should repeat.
- Continuous: Select to specify that the route has no end date.
- End after occurrences: Select to specify that the route ends after a certain numbers of occurrences.
- End by date: Select to specify that the route ends of a specific date. Enter date values in the available fields in the format MM/DD/YYYY, or select Now to enter the current date. Select Clear to clear the fields without specifying a date.
- Monthly: Select the option to specify that the route happens monthly.
- Every ___ months: Enter a value in the fields to specify the value. The default value is 1.
- Continuous: Select to specify that the route has no end date.

Complete | Select to mark the route group and all tasks contained within as complete. This will save the change to the database immediately. The button will appear green and italicized if the route or route group is already considered complete. |

Add Route | Select to create the route information in the Edit Route pop-up. - Name: Enter the name of the route. This field is required.
- Email: Enter the contact email of the person responsible for the route.
- Route Group Time: Enter the route group time range. This is based on the Start and End dates and times you set in the Edit Route Group pop-up.
- Sort Route Stops: Select to sort the route stops.
- Notes: Select to enter a note to add to the route.
- Complete: Select to mark all tasks contained within as complete. This will save the change to the database immediately. The button will appear green and italicized if the route or route group is already considered complete.
Add Clients: Select to select one ore more clients for the route from the Add Route Clients pop-up. The clients are listed with their Name, ID, and Route Hours. Select the column headers to sort the list of clients by the selected column. - Show __ entries: If there are multiple pages of clients, use the paging controls at the bottom of the list to navigate through the list, either by selecting the arrow buttons (forward, backward, beginning, end) or by entering a specific page number. Adjust the Show __ entries value to increase or decrease the number of clients to show per page.
- Show available Clients only: Select to display only those clients with pending tasks.
- Client Name: To narrow the list, enter one or more characters in the field. Your system automatically updates the list to display only those that match your entry.
- Select: Select the checkbox next to the client to add the client to the route. Select the checkbox(es) next to all of the clients you would like to include in the current route. You may also select the client names to select them. As you select clients, your system adds them to the Selected Items list at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Route Hours: Select the clock icon in the Route Hours column to view the dates and times the clients have established routes.
- Add Selected Items: Select to add the selected to the Route Stops list for the route you are adding or modifying.
- Cancel: Select to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
Add Route Tasks: Select to select one or more tasks for the route from the Add Route Tasks pop-up. The tasks are listed with their Type, associated Client, and Date. Select the column headers to sort the list of items by the selected column. - Expand: Select the arrow button in the Expand column to display more information about the route and the tasks defined for the route stop.
- Properties: Select to open the route stop details.
- Complete: Select to mark the stop as complete.
- Optional: Select the checkbox, followed by selecting Save, to mark the route stop as an optional stop. A route stop that is optional will include the text Optional on the route stop list for both the pop-up and tree views of a route group's routes, as well as on the printable PDF route group report.to mark the stop as not required.
- New pickup cut-off time: Select to specify a time when the pickup will be cut off. Enter time values in the available fields, or select Now to enter the current time, or select Clear to clear the fields. The Edit Route pop-up will update with new statuses of Before Cut-off and After Cut-off. Select Cancel on the pop-up to close it without making any changes. For this setting to appear, you must have the following setting enabled: When assigning a task to a route, notify the user when adding tasks after a stop's cut-off time.
- Remove: Select the minus sign button next to the route to remove it from the list.
- Save: Select to save the changes you made to the route. If you added a route task to a route group, it will no longer display in the list of unassigned tasks.
- Delete: Select to delete the route from the route group.
- Cancel: Select to return to the Edit Route Group pop-up without saving changes.

All Future | Select to have the change happen for all future route groups. When adding or removing route stops from a recurring group, the Recurring Route Change or Recurring Route Stop Attachment pop-up appears (depending on if the user is deleting or adding a route to the route group) to determine if the change should apply to the current route group or for all future route groups. Changes are not saved until the route is saved. When removing a route stop from one instance of a route group, the name will be crossed out in red until the route group is saved. When adding a route stop to one instance of the route group, the name will show up green indicating that this will be for this instance of the route group only. |

- Include completed tasks: Select to include completed tasks. Clearing this checkbox will remove all completed tasks from the report. If a route or route stop contains only completed tasks, then it will be removed as well.
- Portrait: Select to have the report sent in portrait orientation.
- Landscape: Select to have the report sent in landscape orientation.
- Print Report: Select to print the report.
- Cancel: Select to close the pop-up without emailing the report.
