Route | Select in or enter text in to the search-as-you-type field to locate and select a route for the pickup. - Route Hours: Select to view and edit the route hours for the route.
- Route Group Name: Enter the route group name into the field.
- Starts after/Ends before: Enter a date/time range into the fields. Select the Now button to enter the current date/time. Select Clear to clear the values from the fields.
- Show started: Select the checkbox to have the table display routes that have been started.
- Show ended: Select the checkbox to have the table show routes that have ended.
- Show completed routes: Select the checkbox to have the table display routes that have been completed.
- Show after cut-off: Select the checkbox to have the table display routes after the cut-off time.
- Prevent showing routes with future start time: Select the checkbox to prevent routes from displaying in the search results that have start times that begin in the future.

Select Apply to enter the quick comments into the Notes field or select Close to close the pop-up without adding quick comments. |

Edit | Select to display the Client Summary pop-up to view client information and courier notes: - Alerts & Comments: Select to add or edit alerts and comments for the pickup. Select OK to close the page; select Add to add an alert and/or comment; or select Cancel to close the pop-up without making any changes.
- Printer icon: Select the printer icon button to display a pop-up to configure and print labels for the pickup. Select OK to close the pop-up.
- Clock icon: Select the clock icon button to display the Edit Route Hours pop-up. Select Add to add a time range via the Edit Time Range pop-up. Select either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, followed by entering a time value in the Start and End time fields. Select Save to save changes made on the pop-up, or select Cancel to close the pop-up without making any changes.
- Courier notes icon: Select the courier notes icon button to display the Edit Courier Notes pop-up. Select ... to display the Quick Comments pop-up to add quick comments in to the field. Select Postpend, Prepend, or Replace from the drop-down list. Select Comma, Semicolon, Colon, Space, or Vertical Bar from the Separate Comments with drop-down list. Select Apply to enter the quick comments into the field, or select Close Window to close the pop-up without adding quick comments. Select Insert Date/Time to insert the current date/time in the field. Select Save to save changes made on the pop-up, or select Cancel to close the pop-up without making any changes.
- Supply History: Select to view the supply history for the client. Use the following fields in the pop-up to narrow the list:
- Supply: Enter text in the field to filter by the name of the supply.
- Sent from Warehouse: Select in or enter text in to the search-as-you-type field to select a warehouse the supplies were sent from.
- Show Supplies sent/used between: Select a start and end date/time range to filter by a time range for the supply.
- Shipments marked as complete: Select to filter by if the shipment is complete.
- Shipments not marked as complete: Select to filter by if the shipment is not marked as completed.
- Active Supplies only: Select to filter by supplies that are active in the system.
- Show all Supplies: Select to have the table show all supplies within the system.
- Only include Supplies that have been used by the Client: Select to have the table only show supplies that have been used by the client.
- OK: Select to close the Supply History pop-up and return to the Client Summary pop-up.
- Available Profiles: Select to view available profiles on the Available Profiles pop-up.
- Name: Enter text in the field to filter the profiles based on name.
- Close: Select to close the Available Profiles pop-up and return to the Client Summary pop-up.
- Associated Providers: Select to view associated providers on the Associated Providers pop-up.
- Name: Enter text in the field to filter the providers based on name.
- Close: Select to close the Associated Providers pop-up and return to the Client Summary pop-up.
- Close: Select to close the Client Summary pop-up and return to the Edit Pickup pop-up.
