Access
AdminCenter > Order Choice Setup > Tests > add or edit a test > Module drop-down list > Microbiology > CPT Codes button

CPT Code Assignments
| Assigned CPT Codes | Enter text or select in this search-as-you-type field to select multiple CPT codes and save them to the instrument. |

| Modifier | Displays CPT code modifiers for microbiology tests. |
| Select | Clear this checkbox to remove a CPT code assignment from the table. |
| Save | Select this button to save the selected assignments. |
| Cancel | Select this button to close the pop-up without saving any changes. |
