Creating New Kits
Define kits to group sets of supplies (tube/container types) that users can add to a supply shipment. Your system will deduct from inventory everything that is included in the kit when the kit is ordered. When a kit is included when moving, receiving, or shipping supplies, your system will display an all-gray border around all of the supply components.
Name | Enter the name of the kit. This field is required. |

Description | Enter information about the kit in the field, if desired. |
Active | Select to indicate that the kit is active in the system. Clear this checkbox to make the kit inactive. |
Restricted to Clients | Select to open the Restricted to Clients pop-up to allow a supply to be restricted for use by selected clients only. The pop-up displays a multi-select search-as-you-type field to search for specific clients in the system. Clients that are selected on this pop-up will be the only clients able to be shipped that supply from the Ship Supplies pop-up, which is accessible from the Edit Item pop-up, the Routes tab, and the Supplies tab.

Supplies | The Supplies section lists all the supplies you've selected to include in the kit. Select a Supply to add: Select in or enter text into the search-as-you-type field to search for and select supply items to add to the kit. Select the name of the supply item to add it to the list. You can also select the Search icon to narrow the list. Count: Enter a number in the field to indicate how many of the selected supply should be contained in the kit. Delete: Select the minus sign icon to remove a supply from the list. |
Save | Select to save changes. Your system adds the new kit to the supply list on the Supplies tab and makes it available when moving, receiving, or shipping supplies. |
Cancel | Select to close the Add Kit pop-up without saving changes. |
