When calling into Orchard Software's Technical Support department, there are several very useful pieces of information that aid our System Engineers in troubleshooting your problem. In order to help us assist you more efficiently, please have your product version and build number ready when you call.
Orchard Collect
The version and build number appear in the bottom-middle of the sign-in screen: x.xxxxxx.xx. Note that the last two digits are the build number.
Orchard Enterprise Solutions (includes Orchard Enterprise Lab, Orchard Outreach, and Orchard Point-of-Care)
Click the question mark icon on the sign-in page to open a pop-up with the version and build number: x (build: x.xxxxxx).
Orchard Harvest
Open the Help menu. The version and build number appear as About Orchard Harvest xx (Build xxxxxx). You may also select System Information from the File menu. The version and build number appear on the window: xx.xxxxxx.
Orchard Harvest Webstation
Click View on the main toolbar. Select Source (Internet Explorer) or Page Source (Firefox). A window appears that contains a text version of the web page you are viewing. Near the top of the page, you will find the copyright date and version information. It will look similar to the following:

Orchard Pathology
Open the Help menu. The version and build number appear as About Orchard Pathology xx (Build xxxxxx). You may also select System Information from the File menu. The version and build number appear on the window: xx.xxxxxx.
Orchard Remote Workstation
Open the Help menu. The version and build number appear as About Orchard Trellis x (Build xxxxxx). Click About Remote Workstation to open the About Remote Workstation dialog box, which lists the version and build number as Version x (Build xxxxxx)
Orchard Device Engine (ODE)
Launch ODE, sign in, and click Engine Info. This displays the About pop-up, which shows the version and build numbers. It appears as Software Version: x.xxxxxx.x.
