Use the Patient Alerts page to view or modify the list of alerts related to the current patient.
Access
- Select Alerts on the Demographics page.

Viewing the Patient Alerts List
This page lists all of the alerts that are currently related to the patient. Each alert is listed with the date the alert was entered and whether the alert should appear at order, at collection, or both.
| Entered | Added alert becomes a link in this column. |

| Entered date | Select to open the Add/Edit Alert page to view or modify the patient alert. |
| OK | Select to return to the Demographics page. |
Adding Alerts to the List
| Patient Alerts | Displays patient alerts. |

| Add | Select to access the Add/Edit Alert page where you may enter a new alert for the patient. See the Add or Edit Alert topic. |
| Save | Select to return to the Patient Alerts page. |
Editing Alerts on the List
| Entered | Added alert becomes a link in this column. |

Deleting Alerts from the List
| X | Select to delete the alert. |
