Description

Use the Order Search page to select an order ID from the list of items that matched your search.

Note

The data displayed on this page depends on the column view settings for your facility. The system uses the column view settings to control what columns appear in the tables on this page and the order in which it sorts the displayed information. You may set column view rules at the location or the system default levels. The rules for the signed-in location, if available, supersede the system default column view rules.

Access

  • Select Search next to the Order ID search-as-you-type field on the Change Log, Result Delivery report or on AdminCenter > ManageReassign Order administration pages.
  • Enter one or more characters in the Order ID search-as-you-type field and select Search in the Viewing <Document Type> Template or Viewing Form Letter Template sections on AdminCenter > CustomizationLayout Templates page.
  • Select Search next to the Order search-as-you-type field on the Label Printing page.

Selecting Order IDs

Note

If your search generates one or more matches, the matching order IDs with patient names, ordered order choices, sample IDs, order dates, and order statuses are displayed when the page appears.

If the list is longer than one page, use the page number links, located below the list of order IDs, to navigate through the list. If there are more page links than can fit on the page at once, the system displays a field. Enter a number in this field and press the Enter key on the keyboard to immediately open the selected page.

Cancel

Select to return to the preceding page and search again.

Select the desired order ID to return to the preceding page with the order added to the page.
