Current Certifications
| Operator | Displays the name of the operator. |

| Instrument Type | Displays the type of instrument. |
| Number Uses This Period | Displays the number of uses during a specific period. |
| Number QC This Period | Displays the number of QC performed during a specific period. |
| Initial Certification Date | Displays the last date of the first certification for the operator in the format MM/DD/YYYY. |
| Last Certification Date | Displays the date of the last time the operator was certified in the format MM/DD/YYYY. |
| Expiration Date | Displays the certification expiration date in the format MM/DD/YYYY. |
| View | Select to display the Edit Certification pop-up with read-only certification information. |
