Medications Pop-up

Description

Use the Medications pop-up to add and edit medications for an order.

TaskCenter > Manage Orders > Order Patient Samples > Medications

Select or type into the search field in the Medications section to open the pop-up. You can also select the magnifying glass to open the pop-up.

Class	Select the medication class.
Only show previous medications within the last ___ days	Select the checkbox to have the system only show previous medications that were added in the specified amount of days. The default value is 365.
Show favorite list and common only	Select the checkbox to have the system only show medications documented as favorite or commonly selected medications.
Previous Medications	Select the Previous Medications button to open the Previous Medications pop-up to list medications previously reported for the patient. See "Previous Medications Pop-up" below.
Select	Select the checkbox to select the specific medication.
Name	Select the blue link to view the patient.
Aliases	Select the blue link to view the patient's aliases, if available.
Class	Lists the medication's class.
Favorite List	Denotes if the medication is configured as a favorite medication.
Active	Displays if the medication active in the system.

Limit to previous ___ days	Select the checkbox to have the system only show previous medications that were added in the specified amount of days. The default value is 365.
Select	Select the checkbox to select the specific medication.
Name	Select the blue link to view the patient.
Aliases	Select the blue link to view the patient's aliases, if available.
Class	Lists the medication's class.
Favorite List	Denotes if the medication is configured as a favorite medication.
Active	Displays if the medication active in the system.
Add All Selected Items	Select the button to add all items that were selected in the column.
Select All Items	Select the button to have the system select every item in the column.
Cancel	Select the button to close the pop-up without making any changes.
