Description
Use the Location Lab Accounts page to modify the details for the location-level lab accounts. Note that the lab accounts apply to the location you are currently signed in to. You may change locations using the Set Location page. See the Set Location topic.
Access
- Select This Location and then select the Location Lab Accounts submenu link.

Modifying Location Lab Accounts
The host labs associated with the current location are displayed when the page appears. This list includes only active labs.
| Account # | Enter a code in the field. The program uses this code as the lab account number when it is appropriate to do so based on your billing settings. |

| Client Bill | The provider will bill the patient. You may change this setting, if your security settings and the administration settings for the practice associated with your signed in location allow you to do so. Some labs will not allow client billing, in which case the program will use direct billing whether or not it is the preferred method. |
| Direct Bill | The lab will bill the patient. You may change this setting, if your security settings and the administration settings for the practice associated with your signed in location allow you to do so. Some labs will not allow client billing, in which case the program will use direct billing whether or not it is the preferred method. |
| Override User Account # | Select the checkbox to have the program assign the location-level lab account number over the user-level and practice-level settings. If you select this option, you can manually select to use the user-level lab account number from the Account Number Pop-up during order entry. |
| Save | Select to record your changes. |
| Discard Changes | Select to clear your changes and return to the last saved values on the Location Lab Accounts page. |
