Patient Folder
The first level of folders is for patients. When the pop-up opens, the Patient: folder is displayed with the patient name and ID. If the patient has linked patients, there are additional folders underneath the first patient folder. These folders are labeled Linked Patient: with the name and ID of the linked patient. The contextual menus for patient folders do not have the Expand All option. A patient folder contains order list folders that hold up to 100 orders, sorted by the most recent sample collection date/time across all order choices on each order. If the patient has no orders with results, the patient folder contains an item labeled "There are no orders with results for this patient." Order List Folder
Order list folders are labeled Orders followed by the number of orders contained within the folder. For folders holding multiple orders, the label displays the range of orders in the format Orders (#-#). For folders that hold a single order, the label displays the order's number in the overall list, using the format Order (#). Order Folder
Each order folder is labeled Order ID: with the order ID, followed by the most recent sample collection date/time in parentheses. An order folder contains folders of order choices. Order Choice Folder
Each order choice folder is labeled Order Choice: with the order choice name, followed by the most recent collection date on the order choice's samples. When expanding an order choice folder by selecting the arrow or double-clicking on the folder, the folder expands as if the user had selected the Expand All option in the context menu. An order choice folder contains result folders and a folder for order choice comments. If the order choice has no results, the order choice folder will contain an item labeled "No results have been received for this order choice." Order Choice Comments Folder
The order choice comment folder contains an item for every comment on the order choice. An order choice comment item displays the text of the order choice comment. An order choice comment item uses a chat bubble icon. The comment items have no context menu. If the order choice has no comments, the folder will contain a single item labeled "No comments have been added to this order choice." Result Folder
Each result folder is labeled by the test name, followed by the result value, units, reference range, and flags. A results folder contains items for result attachments and items for result comments. A result attachment item is labeled by the document ID and uses a PDF icon. The contextual menu for a result attachment item has the View option that opens the attachment in the View Linked Document pop-up. If there are no result attachments, the result folder contains an item labeled "There are no attachments for this result." A result comment item displays the text of the result comment.
