Delta Failure Documentation Pop-up

Description

The Delta Failure Documentation pop-up allows you to document delta failures before they are approved.

This section lists the tests you designated as delta failures.

Select	Select this checkbox to select this test.
Test	Displays the test name.
Deltas	Displays deltas.
Result	Displays the result.
Units	Displays the units.
Critical Range	Displays the range.

This section lists the tests you previously designated as delta failures.

Select	Select this checkbox to select this test.
Test	Displays the test name.
Deltas	Displays deltas.
Result	Displays the result.
Units	Displays the units.
Documentation	Hover over the green word bubble to view previous documentation.

Patient	Displays the patient name.
MRN	Displays the patient MRN.
DOB	Displays the patient date of birth.
Age	Displays the patient age.
Room	Displays the patient room number.
Bed	Displays the patient bed number.
Ordering Provider	Displays the ordering provider name.
Phone	Displays the ordering provider phone number.
Ext.	Displays the order provider phone number extension.
Ordering Location	Displays the ordering location.
Phone	Displays the ordering location phone number.
Ext.	Displays the ordering location phone number extension.

Order Choice	Select this option to assign the comment to the order choice level.
Include test list	Select this checkbox to include the comment in the test list.
Test	Select this option to assign the comment to the test level.
Comment to be applied	Enter your result comment in this text box.
Reportable	Select this checkbox if you want your comment to be reportable.

Apply to Tests	Select this button to apply the documentation to the selected tests.
Attempts	Select this button to open the Notification Attempt pop-up to document the date and time you attempted to send a notification of the results.
Close	Select this button to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
