Workflow Statuses

Description

Use the Workflow Statuses page to view the list of workflow statuses, as well as add or edit workflow statuses.

AdminCenter > Order Choice Setup > Workflow Statuses

You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Workflow Statuses page.

The Workflow Statuses List page lists all workflow statuses.

Show active only	Select this checkbox to view active workflow statuses only. Set the inactive/active status on the Workflow Status Details page when adding or editing a workflow status.
Name	Enter text in this field to filter the list results.
Add	Select this button to add a workflow status on the Workflow Status Details page.
Refresh	Select this button to refresh the list of statuses.
Show _ entries	If the list is longer than one page, use the left and right arrow buttons, located above and below the list of workflow statuses, to navigate through the list, or enter a specific value of entries in the field.
Name in list	Select the name of a workflow status in the list to view or edit information on the Workflow Status Details page.

Use the Workflow Statuses Details page to add or edit workflow status information.

Name	Enter the workflow status name. This is a required field.
Active	Select this checkbox to designate this as an active workflow status.
Save	Select this button to save any changes made to the page.
< Back to List	Select this button to return to the Workflow Statuses List page without making changes.
