Source Sites

Description

Use the Source Sites page to view, edit, and add source sites in the system.

Access

AdminCenter > Order Choice Setup > Source Sites

You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Source Sites page.

Viewing the Source Sites List

The Source Sites list page contains a list of up to 10 source sites, displayed in alphabetical order. If the list is longer than one page, use the page links located below the list of source sites to navigate through the list.

Show active only	Select the checkbox to view active source sites only. Set the active/inactive status in the Source Sites Details section of the Source Sites details page. See "Adding and Editing Source Sites" below.
Name	Enter a source site into the field to narrow the list of displayed source sites or to find a specific source site. This is a search-as-you-type field.
Add	Select to add a source site. The Source Sites details page will appear, allowing you to create a new a source site. See "Adding and Editing Source Sites" below.
Refresh	Select to refresh source site results in the table list.
Name	Select the name of the source site in order to view and/or edit its details on the Source Sites details page.

Adding and Editing Source Sites

On the Source Sites list page, select the Add button or select the name of the source site to open the Source Sites details page, where you can view and edit or add source sites.

Source Site	Enter the name of the source site in the field. This field is required.
Active	Select the checkbox to make the source site have an active status.
Host Codes for this Source Site	Show active hosts only: Select the checkbox to have the system display only active hosts. Host Code: Enter a host code in the available field located to the right of the host name in the Host Code column. HL7 2.5.1: Select this button to the far right of the host name to add HL7 2.5.1 codes via the HL7 2.5.1 Codes pop-up. HL7 2.5.1 Code: Enter an HL7 2.5.1 code into the field to add the code. This field is required. HL7 2.5.1 Code System: Enter an HL7 2.5.1 code system into the field to add the code system. This field is required. HL7 2.5.1 Version: Enter an HL7 2.5.1 version number into the field to add a version number. This field is required. Save: Select to save any changes made on the pop-up. The HL7 2.5.1 button text will turn green and in italics when HL7 2.5.1 code(s) have been added. Cancel: Select to close the pop-up without saving any changes.
Save	Select to record changes and return to the Source Sites list page. If you've added a new source site, it will appear in the source site table list.
< Back to List	Select to return to the Source Sites list page without saving any changes.
