Description

The Report tab allows you to run detailed supply reports. From this tab, you can compare shipped supplies used by collection sites.

AdminCenter > Manage > Client Services

Supply History

Client(s)

Select in or enter text in the search-as-you-type field to filter the table by a specific client(s). Select the magnifying glass icon to manually search for a client. The table displays the name, ID, active status of the client, and the client's tier.

Select: Select or clear the checkbox to remove the client(s) from the table.

Supply

Enter text in the field to search for and filter by a specific supply.

Sent from Warehouse

Select in or enter text in the search-as-you-type field to search for a specific warehouse. Select the warehouse to filter, or select X to clear the field. Select the magnifying glass icon to manually search for a warehouse.

Show Supplies sent/used between

Enter values in the Start and End fields to filter the table by specific date/time ranges. These appear in the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM/PM. Select the calendar icon to manually select a date/time.

Select Now to enter the current date/time in the fields, or select Clear to remove all values from the fields.

Shipments marked as complete

Select the checkbox to have the table only display shipments that have been marked as completed in the system.

Shipments marked as not complete

Select the checkbox to have the table only display shipments that have not been marked as completed in the system.

Active Supplies only

Select the checkbox to have the table only display active supplies in the system.

Show all SuppliesSelect the checkbox to have the table display all supplies in the system.
Only include Supplies that have been used by the ClientSelect the checkbox to have the table only display supplies that have been used by the client.
