Use this page to create reagent usage reports.

AdminCenter > Reports > Reagent Usage Report

Reagent Usage Report Filter
Approved Date | Select from the drop-down list to filter by the approved date. |

Collection Date | Select from the drop-down list to filter by the collection date. |
Completion Date | Select from the drop-down list to filter by the completion date. |
Received Date | Select from the drop-down list to filter by the received date. |
Start | Enter a start date and time in the fields or select the calendar icon to select a date. |
End | Enter an end date and time in the fields or select the calendar icon to select a date. |
Now | Select to fill in the current date and time. |
Clear | Select to clear the fields. |
Testing Location | Enter text or select into the search-as-you-type field to search for a testing location, or select the magnifying glass icon to manually search for a testing location. Select the X to remove the testing location and clear the field. |
Search Historic Database | Your system supports two databases, the main, active database and a historic database where older order information is stored. Select the Search Historic Database checkbox to include older information from the historic database in the reagent usage report. |
Order Choices | Enter text or select into the search-as-you-type field to search for order choices. Select the order choice to enter the order choice in to the field. |
Select | Select the checkbox in the Select column to select the order choice(s). |
Max Results Limit | Enter a value in the field to limit the maximum number of results that displays on the page. The field defaults to 30,000. |
Select to print the reagent usage report. | |
Refresh | Select to refresh the page to retrieve reports that are not displaying correctly. |
