Description

Use the External Reports administration page to select an external report to view. When selecting an external report, the parameter list associated with the report will be displayed and will have the appropriate fields that the user can fill out for viewing on the report. Once the parameters are filled out, the report can be viewed.

Access

  • Click the Administration menu button, click the Reports button, and then click the External Reports submenu link. You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Administration menu button. In addition, you must have the necessary rights at the practice level to access this report. When you click the Administration menu button, your system opens the main Administration menu, which contains administrative menu buttons, including the Reports menu. To return to the main menu for AdminCenter, click the TaskCenter menu button.

Viewing External Reports

External ReportSelect an external report from the drop-down list. Here the user will be able to view external reports in the system.
Automatically Refresh Every ___ Seconds

Select the checkbox to have your system automatically refresh. When the specified amount of time has passed, the selected report will automatically try to refresh with the given parameter values.

Refresh button is also available so that the user can refresh immediately. The reports can be viewed in either PDF or HTML format. The default value is 10 seconds.

Report Type

Select a report type from the drop-down list.

Select either HTML or PDF from the drop-down list. Select HTML from the list to display external reports in HTML format, and select PDF to display external reports in PDF format.

Print

Click to print the selected external report.

If there are no external reports that match, a "No report to display" message will appear on the page.
