Description

Use the Client Services Request link in the Custom Navigation section of the navigation menu to request supplies, create items, or view past requests in the Client Services module. The Custom Navigation window can only be accessed on the program navigation menu by users who are granted specific, but limited, rights for their system, and the Client Services Request link is only visible when the end user is given those certain rights.

Note

The name of the Client Services Request link can be changed to any name that you want.

Request Supplies

Client Services RequestSelect the link in the Custom Navigation section at the bottom of the main program navigation. A Client Services Request pop-up appears displaying several buttons depending on your user rights
Request SuppliesSelect to externally request supplies on the Client Services administration page. Any supplies that are externally requested will be visible and managed through the Client Services module. Select Request Supplies to open the Request Supplies pop-up. This allows you to enter certain information regarding the supply request, including the location, contact, a description, and the supply that is being requested. Enter in the quantity field the number of supplies that you need.
Delete IconSelect to delete the supply from the request.
SaveSelect to save changes.
CancelSelect to cancel without saving changes.


Request Pickup

Date (EST)Enter date/time values in the fields to specify the date/time the pickup should take place. This is a required field.
NowSelect to enter the current date/time.
ClientSelect in or enter text in to the search-as-you-type field to select a client. This is a required field.
RouteSelect in or enter text in to the search-as-you-type field to select a route.
STATSelect to specify that the pickup should happen as soon as possible.
CompleteSelect to mark the pickup as completed.
NotesEnter text in to the field to add descriptions or helpful notes to the pickup.
...Select to open the Quick Comments pop-up to add quick comments.
Separate Comments withSelect either Postpend, Prepend, or Replace from the drop-down list. Select either Comma, Semicolon, Colon, Space, or Vertical Bar from the Separate Comments with drop-down list.
ApplySelect to save the quick comments.
CloseSelect to close the pop-up without saving quick comments.
Save

Select to save changes.

When saving a new pickup via the Request Pickup pop-up, a new item will be created and linked to the task so that it can be tracked on the Items tab on the Client Services administration page. The task's item will also display on the Client Services My Past Requests pop-up's datatable. The linked item's summary will read Pickup Request for Client: (Client Name).

Create Item

Create Item

Select to open the Create Item pop-up. This allows you to enter certain information, including the Client, Summary, Description, and Resolution.

Select to externally create and add an item to the Items tab on the Client Services administration page. Any item(s) that are added externally will be visible and managed through the Client Services module.

ClientEnter the name of the client.
SummaryEnter a summary of the item.
DescriptionEnter a description of the item.
ResolutionEnter a resolution for the item.
LinkSelect to create either a Document, Location, Order, Patient, or Provider. An Add Link pop-up will appear to add information about the item.
Create NewSelect to create a new item.
DocumentSelect to create a new document. This is a required field.
LocationSelect to create a new location. This is a required field.
OrderSelect to create a new order. This is a required field.
PatientSelect to create a new patient. This is a required field.
ProviderSelect to create a new provider. This is a required field.
NameSelect to enter a new name. This is a required field.
NotesUse the field to add any extra information about the item being created.
SaveSelect to save changes.
CancelSelect to cancel without saving changes.


My Past Requests

Client Services RequestSelect the link in the Custom Navigation section at the bottom of the main program navigation. A Client Services Request pop-up appears displaying several buttons depending on your user rights.
My Past Requests

Select to externally view your previous case items or past supply requests.

Select to open the My Past Requests pop-up. This allows you to view the basic status information on those requests, which includes the open date, summary, ID, assignee, status, contact, client, and a view details option.

DetailsSelect to view the supply, the quantity of the supply, or the description.
CancelSelect to return to the My Past Requests pop-up.
Show __ entriesDisplay a default of 10 requests in the field. Adjust the Show __ entries value to increase or decrease the number of requests that show per page. Use the arrow buttons (forward, backward, beginning, end) to move between pages of requests.
