Report Types

Description

Use the Report Types page to add/edit report types and report type host codes in the system.

Note

The Microbiology license must be enabled to view the Report Types page.

AdminCenter > Microbiology > Report Types

You must have the View/Edit Report Types role right enabled to access this page. See the Roles Guide.

Show active only	Select this checkbox to view active report types only.
Add	Select this button to add a report type on the Report Type Details page.
Name	Enter a name in this field to narrow the list of displayed report types, or to find a specific report type.
Refresh	Select this button to reset the list.
Show _ entries	If the list is longer than one page, use the left and right arrow buttons, located above and below the list of report types, to navigate through the list, or enter a specific value of entries in the field.
Name in list	Select the name of a report type in the list view or edit information on the Report Type Details page.

Change Log	Select this button to open the Change Log.
Report Type	Enter a report type in this field.
Active	Select this checkbox to enable users to select this report type.
Report Level	Select an option from this drop-down list: Preliminary, Final, Addendum, Amended.

Show active hosts only	Select this checkbox to display only active hosts in the list.
Host Name	Displays the host name.
Host Code	Enter a host code.

Instrument Type Name

Displays the name of the instrument type.

Instrument Type Code

Enter an instrument type code in the field.

Two microbiology report types cannot have the same instrument code for the same instrument.

Save	Select this button to record changes and return to the Report Type List page.
< Back to List	Select this button to return to the Report Type List page without saving any changes.
