Description

Use the Associates page to create your list of associates and to view the users with whom you are associated in the You are marked as an associate of the following Users section. You may only view those associations on this page. A system administrator must establish the associations that allow you to view other users' patients. Some of the information in this page is set up by the Orchard Administrator when your account is established. You may only modify the information as described below.

Access

You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Associates page.

  • Select the My Preferences menu button and then select the Associates submenu link.
  • Select the Associates submenu link on the User, Contact, Application, Order Choice Lists, Profile List, or Result Delivery setup pages.

Setting up Associates

By adding associates to your list, you are granting them permission to review your patients' results in the User Inbox page. See the User Search topic.

Search

Enter one or more characters in the search field to search for associates.

After you make your selection, the program returns you to the Associates page and adds the the program user to your associates list. This grants them permission to review your patients' results in the User Inbox page.

NameThe name of the user.
Practice NameEach of your practice names is listed as a title for the column, and a checkbox appears in the column if the associate is from that practice. There is no checkbox if the associate is not from the practice.
XSelect to delete associates. The program immediately deletes the associate. This action cannot be undone.
