All future scheduled QC will order at this new date and time. To have all future scheduled QC retain the initially defined time, select the Retain Current Scheduled Next Date's Time checkbox. This pop-up gives the user the ability to define how often a schedule should run using the standard schedule management system and how long a schedule should run using the Range of Recurrences section. This area allows users to set either a total number of times they want the schedule to run, a specific amount of time in the future, or a date at which the schedule should stop running. Users can also define excluded dates for a schedule, which are dates the schedule will not run. Select the End After ___ recurrences option, followed by entering a value in the field, to specify when the schedule should end after a certain amount of occurrences. Select the Continue recurrences for a total of ___ ___ to specify how long occurrences should continue. Select Now to enter the current date, or select Add to a year. Select Remove to remove the values from the fields. On this pop-up, there is a second list of uneditable dates that displays the hosts Lab Closed Dates button. Once the user saves the Edit Schedule pop-up, the QC Schedule Summary pop-up populates the Schedule Pattern with a human-readable version of the schedule that has been setup and show the number of occurrences left for this schedule. The Scheduled Orders table will also now display all the dates and times each schedule will run in the future. If a schedule occurs more than 1,000 times, the table will only show 1,000 and the pattern will state that it is occurring more than 1,000 times. Once a schedule goes below the 1,000 mark, it will be tracked in greater detail. The Existing Orders table in the QC Schedule Summary displays the date and time for all orders that this schedule created and the instruments associated to those orders.
