Use the Image Library page to manage the images in the system that can be annotated on the AP Worksheet. You can also use this page to upload new images as either base images or overlay images. The images in the Image Library will appear in the Annotate Image Pop-up, which you can navigate to from the AP Worksheet.

Use the Image List Filter section to search for an image or narrow the list of images shown in the Image List.

The Image List shows all the images in the Image Library. Narrow the list or search for an image by using the Image List Filter section. You can filter by image name and image type.

| Add | Select the button to upload a new image to the library and enter its information. See "Adding or Editing Image Details" below. |

| Name | Enter the name of the image. This is a required field. |

| Width | Displays the original width of the image you uploaded. Enter a new width if desired. |
| Height | Displays the original width of the image you uploaded. Enter a new height if desired. |
| Maintain Aspect Ratio | Select the checkbox to maintain the proportional relationship between the image's width and height. |
| Image Type | From the drop-down list, select the type of image:

| Default X-position | Enter the default X-position for the image. This option is available only for overlay image types. |
| Default Y-position | Enter the default Y-position for the image. This option is available only for overlay image types. |
| Upload Image | Select to navigate to the image you'd like to upload to the Image Library. A warning will appear if the image you're uploading is larger than 512kb. |
| Preview Image | This section displays what the image you uploaded looks like. |
| Save | Select to save your changes and return to the Image List. |
| < Back to List | Select to return to the Image List without adding a new image or making any changes. |
